Factory Mattress

Worked with David Wampler, store manager, to understand the mattress products available coming into 2023. Very helpful with gaining an appreciation for the type of mattresses – firm, medium, plush, etc. Check out the photos posted of the outside and inside of the store.

John was the best help ever!! Having a sales person that cares about matching the best value w the needs of comfort and budget is key in your decisions. Whether it’s your main mattress or secondary bedrooms knowledge is key and John is full of it. Super fun to hang with. Highly recommend stopping in.

Excellent service from Jamie at the Lakeway location! Helped us figure out the financing, spent a lot of time helping my partner and I choose the perfect fit, and we’re so excited to start sleeping better soon!

We had a wonderful experience with Jamie Gioia at the Lakeway store. My husband and I had just started our search for our perfect mattress (after doing online and Consumer Reports research). We'd visited another retailer and planned to NOT decide on our very first day. However, Jamie spent time, with no sales pressure, and helped us choose one we love, so we took the leap! He was knowledgeable, kind and beyond helpful. We highly recommend Factory Mattress. Great inventory! And, best of all, I woke up this morning with no low back pain for the first time in ages.

My buying experience was not what I expected, instead it was wonderful! My sales associate was extremely knowledgeable about all products being sold and very patient as I tried out a LOT of mattresses! I never felt hurried or that I was being up sold. I believe I had the best customer service experience that I’ve had in a very long time! Delivery and setup was also handled in a very professional way. The team that came to my house did not leave until everything was perfect related to set up! Great products and awesome customer service!!
