Looking for my first mattress was a hassle, until I found mattress by appointment. Sepehr was awesome and showed different selection of mattresses that would best suit my interests. I shopped around for almost a month and went to few places. Either the mattresses weren't what I wanted or too pricey, or I felt pushed and rushed from the sale people. I gave mattress by appointment chatsworth a try. Im so happy I did! I love that you can take your time, not being rushed and at no point i felt i was being pushed. Sepehr was patient with me and educated me to make sure I make the best decision. I got my mattress that feels like a $5000 mattress for less than $2000. Best part is i got it delivered the same day! I found Mattress By Appointment in Chatsworth, and it was a breath of fresh air. The owners, a young couple named Sepehr and Olya, were genuinely attentive, patient, and kind. There was zero pressure to buy. Instead, they clearly explained the differences between mattresses and encouraged us to choose what actually fit our lifestyle and needs. When you’re spending serious money, attitude and trust matter—and they nailed both. We love our new mattress and couldn’t recommend this place more.
