I am pleased to provide an update on my review following my recent communication with Steven regarding my mattress issue. Steven was able to resolve the matter and provide a satisfactory solution. I would like to express my gratitude for his assistance.

I had an amazing experience, Steven was not only knowledgeable but super friendly. He even made an extra appointment today to see me . I would highly recommend! I got three mattresses and some other stuff . Love it 😍

I had a great experience with the lovely owners Jessica are Steven. Steven asked us our mattress preferences then took us to the showroom & picked out a few options he thought we would like. He gave us time to try out each and every mattress. We actually did get one of the ones he had picked out so that goes to show his knowledge in his craft. Checkout process was very easy as well. Overall it was definitely a smooth and easy process. I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family.

My wife and I had a really good experience at Mattress by Appointment in Ventura. Steven was awesome! He made the whole experience flow smoothly and was not pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a great deal. My wife and I love our new mattress and could not recommend him enough.

As an added bonus he brought me a mattress cover, sheets, and an awesome cooling pillow. I highly recommend visiting him for your future purchase, his prices can't be beat.
