Mattress By Appointment Cleveland

I met Thom on Facebook Marketplace. I reached out to him and he immediately responded and scheduled an appointment for the next day, my friend (who was just along for the ride) and I both purchased mattresses from him. He delivered it the next day and I couldn't have been happier. I'm going back to him and treating myself to a king size, with his prices and the quality, it's a no brainer!

I went here with my mom to help pick out mattresses for my parent’s new home. Tom was super friendly and helpful. Picking out the right mattresses was super quick and he had everything we needed in stock for great prices. Tom even helped us load 3 mattresses and 4 box sets into a 10ft U-Haul the same day! Scheduling an appointment to look at mattresses had never crossed my mind before, but now I wouldn’t want to do it any other way! We met with Thom at the Cleveland location and he is great! He is very welcoming, honest, and determined to find you the best mattress that fits you personally! Our experience couldn’t have been better or more comfortable. We had the showroom to ourselves (Thom even walked away to give us privacy and as much time as we needed!) to be able to lay on, sit on, and check out each and every mattress! He gave each of us our own pillows and encouraged us to lay together and really find what fit best for us! It was so much better than someone following you around a store and customers watching u try out a bed that’s a part of your private daily lives. On top of the great experience we had with Thom, the prices are awesome too! They have brand name mattress that are affordable and they even give you the option to finance!!! We chose to finance and it literally took maybe 5 minutes to answer a few questions and sign!! Thom personally delivered our mattress the very next day!!! We look forward to working with Thom and Matress by Appointment again in the future and will be recommending him to all friends and family!!!

Our experience from first contact to delivery of bed was A++. Thom is a likable guy and had a very professional approach. He was not high-pressured, it felt like he honestly wanted me to find a mattress that was a good fit for our family and our budget—and we did.
