We arrived at our appointed time. Jim was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. We told him what we were looking for. Jim showed us multiple mattresses that fit our description. After that, Jim stepped back to allow my wife and myself the ability to discuss our options. There was no pressure to get any certain mattress. We chose our mattress and then decided to buy a total of 3 mattresses plus an adjustable frame. The prices were better than we had expected. Jim and his crew arrived at our home a few days later with the 3 mattresses and adjustable frame. Everything was installed in about 45 minutes. We are very pleased with how it all worked out. I would recommend this business to all who need a new mattress or adjustable bed.

We are Jasper natives, and saw advertisements about this place so we thought we’d give it a try. I’m so happy we did! The whole process was so easy, and Jim was so nice and informative. We literally bought the mattress and support frame the day of. He delivered that same day! He unloaded, and installed it for us with my husband’s help. He even took the old mattress and trash for us for a small fee!!! If you want to support local, get a KILLER DEAL, then this place is the place for you!!!

Because we had an appt., we were the only ones there, which was nice. After trying out several, my mom found a mattress she liked at a reasonable price and we arranged for delivery. Cost of delivery and old mattress removal was very reasonable as well. I definitely recommend Mattress By Appointment and will go back when it's time for another one.
