My husband and I stopped in Mattress Firm in Davenport on a Friday night about 5:00. Upon entering the store, we were greeted by Maggie who was an absolute delight to work with. She was knowledgeable beyond belief and told us everything and more that we needed to know about buying a bed perfect for our bodies. If you get a chance and you’re in the market for a bed, you must try to stop in and ask for Maggie!

We had such a great experience here. We went in having no clue what we wanted and Randy made it so simple and stress free for us. He was incredibly kind and made our family feel very welcome and comfortable. He wasn’t pushy and he genuinely seemed to care that we were happy not just about getting a sale. He was very upfront and honest about quality, prices, etc. We will absolutely be recommending friends and family as well as purchasing again in the future!

Chris made the bed purchase easy and fun! Informative and it didn't take long. He was patient. Getting to take your time and test the mattress was helpful. No pressure.

Even though I was from out of town and still deciding, they were consistently friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. The young lady was especially considerate in making sure any potential commission was handled fairly among her colleagues—something I found highly professional and respectful. In the end, I chose to purchase directly from the manufacturer due to specific incentives, but that decision doesn’t diminish the exceptional support I received here. The manager of this store should take some time out to commend each one of these people! All three made me feel welcomed, treated me like a longtime customer, and went well above average in customer care. Their professionalism and personable approach deserve recognition. Highly recommended.
