If you're looking for a mattress definitely go here! Nick was very helpful & informative. He gave us all the information up front, answered all questions and was just all around very nice & easy going to deal with! Good prices, the best product, great service & fast delivery! Everything has a good length of warranty too which is a big plus & we can deal with them directly if ever needed and not have to call automated systems and hope to get through. I've already recommended them to 4 of my family members & close friends!
View on GoogleWOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!! 1st of all you should be told there is a credit check. That was the very first thang I asked. "He said no credit check". Made my credit go down cause I wasn't approved... 😡 2nd thang you should be told "yes or no" before giving them your account and routing numbers. How "reason" I didn't get approved was because I had a active account with Aaron's. DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE?! Make it make sense please.... if you got another account with Aaron's, Rent a Center, etc etc you can't rent with them?!? Also Mattress by Appt I have got 4 different items with Aaron's and paid off all 4, and currently renting a 1200$ kitchen table.. so I'm A VIP MEMBER there. Guess my business will be taken at Aaron's in Milan. You guys need to get it together.
View on GoogleNick & Amy are the best! I’ve been sleeping in a recliner for months due to severe sinus drainage & I wanted an adjustable bed. I’d looked at another store & they were wanting over $6,000 for what I wanted. I was able to save over 50% by going here. Nick answered all my questions/concerns. The mattress & adjustable frame come with a long warranty. I even purchased a headboard. The delivery was super fast & he installed everything. I highly recommend Mattress by Appt in Milan. If you are looking for great customer service & great prices you can’t go wrong!

He definitely knows his merchandise, I completed my sale over the phone. Everything was exactly what I had envisioned. Extremely happy with the on time delivery and professional service I received.
