Originally thought this was just another Facebook scam…but let me tell you it is NOT!! Great customer service. I have back issues and had back surgery, they were very knowledgeable and made a great recommendation for what I was looking for in a mattress. No upsale or pushing, just knowledgeable suggestions. Great pricing, delivered same day, amazing customer service. If you’re looking for a good quality bed for a reasonable price…check them out.

My experience with Mattress by Appointment could not have been more pleasant. Scheduling was easy and accommodating. Met with Skylar at the store and he made us feel welcome and comfortable. I received detailed information and updating on mattresses now vs then (which is what I have). He was friendly, let us take our time. Prices were competitive with a decent warranty. Professional, friendly, local, no pressure and a great price. Convenient

Great service, very knowledgeable about products. Got my mattress delivered the same day. Best mattress purchasing experience I ever had.
