We recently ordered a mattress from mattress by appointment. We are completely blown away with how comfortable the mattresses is, the customer service was amazing answered every question from start to finish. They also deliver! Thanks Alyssa and Josh.

Not only did we learn a lot about the new hybrid mattresses, we made a friendship in the process. I was skeptical of making an appointment to purchase a mattress, but the process is very easy!! If you need a new mattress, you have to contact Mattress by Appointment first!! Thank you Alyssa and Josh!!

From the start, we received a prompt (almost immediate!) response on Facebook when inquiring about mattresses and their appointment process. We were able to schedule a next day appointment and Alyssa was sure to make sure it fit our busy schedule! When visiting the store front, Alyssa was so very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses and listened to our wants and needs. She even entertained our 3 year old while we browsed! From the experience to the quality of our mattress, I can’t say enough great things about this local business. Alyssa and Josh, thank you - you have a forever customer!

Called immediately and they had a Queen in stock and she delivered it right away! Went above and beyond to fix a mistake that wasn’t even theirs. Thankful for such a great local business operated by wonderful people.
