View on GoogleHave been trying to get in touch with Doug for over a week and he answers the phone and hangs up. Now going through financing company to cancel order. Very unprofessional. They only care about getting the sale and will ghost you after. Will warn people about this place. Got a call today after 2 weeks trying to get in touch. They told my husband we could not cancel our order because it was in the lease agreement that if a mattress is “special ordered” it cannot be cancelled. I reviewed my lease and it doesn’t say that anywhere! It also wasn’t disclosed at the time of purchase. Going through financing company to resolve this and cancel lease.
