Patrick was awesome in helping us find the mattress we wanted! They had the one we wanted to try and when we decided to get it, the checkout process was super quick too! Patrick was also very knowledgeable about the back support of each of the mattresses we looked at. We will definitely be back when we need another mattress!

My wife and I went into Mattress Firm when we were in town as we needed guidance on the types of mattresses we should be looking at (we needed three). Patrick greeted us straight away, even whilst still engaged with another customer. He gave honest advice, made recommendations, and there was no upsell or pushy salesman approach. He put together a quote and said to just call with any questions. The price he put together was exactly in range, and he worked with us to get the best deal possible. Very few furniture salesman I’ve experienced had the approach, knowledge or level of attention that Patrick did. Needless to say we did make the purchase and I would highly recommend anyone in need of a new mattress to visit the store and talk with Patrick. A genuinely top tier experience.

I was out shopping to replace my 15 yr old tempurpedic. We had already visited the two other mattress places in town and still weren't quite sure what we wanted to get before making one last trip to Mattress Firm. Patrick was outstanding. He was able to help us understand the differences between the new models in a way that was simple and made sense, and he took the time to show us the adjustable base which is a HUGE improvement over box springs! We ended up making our purchase here since they offered the longest no interest financing and tempurpedic is the same price anywhere, which is great because haggling for the best deal is something I've been dreading.
