Great response time, we made an appointment for Sunday, my schedule changed and we moved it up to Saturday. We arrived at the shop, purchased a mattress and base, and 3 hours later it was delivered. Great communication, awesome customer service. Two thumbs up.

View on GoogleWe called to make an appointment, Kirk met us at the store within 10minutes. We told him what we needed, he put us right on the mattress we wanted. Kirk really knows his mattresses. We bought the King Size Paradise and the adjusting base as well. It was quick, easy and very affordable. I highly recommend Mattress By Appointment.
