Mattress Firm Holly Springs

We just purchased two mattresses from Mattress Firm in Holly Springs. We had planned to order mattresses on line; however, we purchased from the store because of the excellent service we received in the store. Our sales person was Naeem with an assist from Andrea. They were both knowledgeable, friendly, and thankfully very patient. We took over a month and at least four trips to the store before we made our decision. We feel good about our purchase and will recommend this store. We look forward to setting up our beds in Sicily and many comfortable sleeps.

We had a great experience with Mattress Firm and truly felt taken care of from start to finish! We worked with three different team members — Naeem and Andrea at the Mattress Firm - Holly Springs location and Doug at the Mattress Firm - Fuquay Varina location — and every single one of them went above and beyond for us. They really put in the effort to earn our business instead of us just ordering online, and we appreciated that personal attention so much. They took the time to answer all of our questions, walked us through options, and made sure we were confident in our decision. We purchased a bed with adjustable bases, and they thoroughly explained how everything works and reassured us that they’ll be there for us if we ever need service or support in the future. Our bed arrived exactly as promised, with everything included just as discussed. The entire process was smooth and professional. If you’re debating between buying online or going into a store — go in! The customer service, knowledge, and follow-through made all the difference. We highly recommend this team!

Andrea was amazing and helped us find the perfect bed for our first apartment! She provided us with many useful tips that worked in real time that my partner and I would have never thought of. It was a privilege to have her assistance in what can be a difficult process and I couldn’t be more thankful!

Andrea at Mattress Firm was absolutely amazing! She was professional, knowledgeable, funny, and incredibly sweet throughout the entire process. She made shopping for a mattress so easy and comfortable, answered all of our questions with patience, and never made us feel pressured. You can tell she truly cares about helping customers find the right fit. If you go to Mattress Firm, definitely ask for Andrea — outstanding customer service!

Highly recommend!!! 5 stars isn't enough, I wish I could give them 10 stars. Andrea really cared that my daughter was in a bed with a pillow that promoted a proper sinal alignment. I have never had a mattress representative that was so knowledgeable and caring. She walked around letting my daughter try every mattress in the entire place and making sure she got what she wanted. As an adult living with chronic pain, I appreciate this so much. My daughter already has neck and back problems and I've told her I didn't think her pillow was good enough. I learned so much and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. I will always recommend Mattress Firm and their employees to everyone looking for a bed. Naeem was very knowledgeable and friendly as well. He and Andrea work together like a well oiled machine. And they both make you feel like family and family cares about how well you are sleeping.
