⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough great things about John the Mattress Guy. From start to finish, he was authentic, trustworthy, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right mattress — not just making a sale. I have a bad back, and John took the time to thoroughly explain the differences between multiple mattresses, answering all my questions and making sure I felt confident in my choice. What really set him apart was the personal attention. His store is close by, I received one-on-one service, and I never once felt rushed or pressured — something you just don’t get at the big mattress stores. John personally delivered my mattress, set it up, and was incredibly pleasant and professional the entire time. He even went out of his way to help me try to get my existing adjustable base working, and when we realized it wouldn’t, I knew immediately I’d be going back to him for a new one. I truly believe in supporting American, local businesses, especially when you get this level of care and save a significant amount of money compared to the big-name stores where you’re just another number. I’ll absolutely be back to purchase a mattress for my guest room, and I’m already telling all my friends about him. It was hard to find a good mattress that would meet my needs. He was so nice and very understanding in helping me decide the very best one. They ended up making two trips to my house . The mattress I picked out didn’t work so he had me come in n he helped me pick one that would accommodate my health issues. Never one time complained. Very professional. The Driver that delivered the mattress was very kind and professional as well. I would recommend them to anyone. If you’re in need of a good mattress with top notch quality care you need to go Visit Mattress By Appointment! They went above and beyond to do everything they could to help me. If ever the need arrives again for their services I will be going back!
