Robert was AMAZING! I needed an adjustable bed base for my mattress and he knew exactly what to show me. He explained and showed me the benefits. No pressure at all. He also got me great price on it, before I even started talking a out price. I will suggest this Mattress Firm and Robert to anyone I hear of, looking for a mattress or adjustable bed. Thank you, Robert for making this purchase much easier than I thought it was going to be!
View on GoogleHad an excellent experience today shopping with Brendan. I explained my specific needs and he very knowledgeably helped me make the perfect selection. I felt no high pressure sales techniques, just a genuine guy who wanted to help me make the best choice for my unique sleeping needs. The process was seamless and much faster than expected. 10/10 recommend
View on GoogleBrendan was amazing! I could tell he genuinely cared about us getting the right mattress to ensure we got a good nights rest. It was an absolute treat to work with him. I haven’t seen customer service like that in a long time! Mattress Firm should be proud to have him! Thanks again Brendan!!
View on GoogleRich was the first and going forward, the only Sleep Expert we will buy from for our Family mattress needs. We are comfortable sending our children to his O’Fallon, Missouri showroom on their own. Rich is honestly a very fair and trustworthy individual!! Our time was managed well by setting us up with beds to try as long as we needed to ensure our purchase was stellar. Rich was able to greet customers entering and still maintain focused on our needs at hand. The Rice Family will be repeat customers!!!
View on GoogleWe bought a bed today at the O’Fallon location. Bob was working the store and he was wonderful! He was super nice and helpful, he knew so much about the beds and quickly helped us find the perfect bed for our needs.
