Ken was super friendly, very knowledgeable and attentive. I had a fantastic experience, he took the time to understand my needs, leading me to the perfect mattress. I was especially impressed with his patience throughout the process and the clear explanations he provided. The store was clean and well-organized, and the delivery was seamless. I highly recommend Mattress by Appointment Rensselaer. :-)

Buying a mattress from mattress by appointment was an excellent choice, Ken was very helpful, and had a great selection. The prices were also very reasonable. I would recommend him to family and friends. Thanks Ken it was a pleasure.

Absolutely great experience, easy to schedule and many options to try. We got same day delivery for free and couldn’t be happier with our new mattress. Ken went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and was a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

I bought my bed here four days ago and it's been a wonderful experience. Ken couldn't be nicer and more helpful; the prices are very, very, low compared to normal retail for the same brand names; and after sleeping on my new mattress I am happy to report that it is every bit as good as hoped. I slept through the night and didn't wake up with my arthritic bones screaming. I can't recommend them highly enough!
