I am writing this review on behalf of Louis Aragi of Sheffield, Massachusetts. Yesterday, March 1, 2026, we went to the Mattress Firm Store located in Rensselaer. We were greeted by Vito, a sales associate. Vito was very knowledgeable of the mattresses/bases and worked with us to find the right mattress and base for our needs. There was never any pressure from Vito and he was eager to assist us in finding the perfect mattress/base, which we did. I would recommend that anyone looking for a new mattress/base, to visit the Mattress Firm Store in Rensselaer and see Vito. You won’t be disappointed.
View on GoogleWhat a great experience!! My husband and I have been talking about getting a new bed for years and we decided to pop in and try some mattresses out. Kelly was super amazing. She wasn’t pushy or overwhelming. We were able to try out all of the mattresses in peace and ask her any questions we had. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Kelly sat with us and provided all of our options and guided us through the purchase and delivery process. She was the best!!!!!!!! Can’t wait to start sleeping better.
View on GoogleMy daughter and I are very pleased with the service, assistance and expertise we received from Christine Breunig. Ms. Breunig provided us with mattress choices and options and helped us select the perfect two sets of mattresses. Thank you Christine. We would highly recommend Mattress Firm to our family and friends.
View on GoogleMy spouse and I went here to purchase a new mattress. Our sales associate Kelley was so helpful and patient. We tried multiple beds and never felt rushed or like we were bothering her, she was incredibly encouraging and patient, even letting us know that the more feedback we gave during the process the better she could help us. When I expressed where our budget was, Kelley was super respectful of the amount and worked to find us the bed we wanted in the price we were comfortable with. I would absolutely recommend her and the store to anyone shopping for a bed.
View on GoogleChristine is awesome. It felt like I was just talking with a friend. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. She assessed our needs and our budget and worked with us. I would go out of my way to buy from her again, and would refer to any one of my friends or family without question. She’s hilarious too, which is just a nice bonus.
