Sleep and Spas - North Greenbush

Ran into a few bumps but overall have our hotub and enjoy it very much. The woman who works here (wish I knew her name) was wonderful from start to finish.

Samantha was magical in promptly getting technicians out to fix my spa, and took my concerns to heart, (unlike the orig vendor). Dakota and Chris were on time, quick to diagnose the problem, and even offered options to replace less parts if I didnt want to replace the entire pump. I'd recommend this company based on their honesty and fun people to work with.

I would like to start off by saying my experience with Sleep and Spas has been nothing but incredible from the start. This is my very 1st spa purchase and it has been a pleasure dealing with this Company, especially with Samantha, who has been a rockstar when it comes to returning calls, answering questions, getting answers and following up with any requests or services that I have needed. I am a Fire fighter and I own and operate my own renovation company. I know a thing or two about customer service and she has it down to a science. I wanted to write this review to acknowledge her as well as to thank her for her commitment to what she does. It is very hard to find help these days, let alone someone who passionate and dedicated to what they do! While I am at it, I would also like to say thank you to Brian as well, who like Samantha has been incredible to work with and wastes no time in returning phone calls. I haven't had any personal interaction with the owner but if he is anything like the people he hires, this business will be around for a very long time. One more thing before I go... I live in Connecticut and was concerned about the distance between us but to be honest you would think they were just down the street. Keep doing what your doing guys, I don't really put much into advertising, I am a word of the mouth type of person. You will be getting my referrals from here on out. Very Satisfied Customer, Mark Ruggiero

I have been really impressed with the service department. Samantha is very responsive, proactive, and drives quickly to resolutions. The technicians explain clearly the repair and maintenance work they do on my hot tub. They all go above and beyond for their customer. I really appreciate it every time I need them.
