We had such an amazing experience at Mattress By Appointment! Cathy truly went above and beyond—she met us at 9 PM, which made all the difference for our busy family. With two kids and a husband who works late, it’s usually so hard to find time to shop, but she made it incredibly easy and stress-free. Cathy was friendly, patient, and really took the time to help us find exactly what we needed without any pressure. The whole experience felt personalized and convenient, which we appreciated so much. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great service and flexibility—thank you, Cathy!
View on GoogleBest service I have ever had buying a mattress! I love the prices are very competitive! Cathy was very personable and not at all pushy like most bigger stores. She was also very knowledgeable about the different mattress options. Definitely recommend checking them out if you are looking for a mattress! Shop small!
View on GoogleJust bought a mattress from Cathy, we tried many different beds to make sure that we have the perfect mattress that fits my needs and my boyfriend’s needs. It was an easy decision with her help and such a great experience. Definitely recommend.
View on GoogleThis was the best way to shop for my daughter’s mattress; since it’s by appointment we had the whole shop to ourselves, could take our time shopping, and Cathy was very knowledgeable, attentive, and honest. The building is small, but the selection is huge! I will definitely come back when it’s time for me to get a new one!
View on GoogleCathy was great, she took her time to find out our specific wants and needs. Very thoughtful and genuine. She didn’t rush us through the process, and she asked plenty of questions to see what the best fit for us would be. Great warranty and re-payment options!
