I had an amazing experience. From start to finish the process was quick, stress free and surprisingly affordable. Jen was absolutely fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable and never pushy. She listened carefully to what I needed, explained the differences between the mattresses and helped me find the perfect fit for my budget and comfort. Scheduling an appointment was super convenient, the showroom was clean and welcoming and Jen made sure I left feeling confident in my purchase. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the mattress or the customer service. If you are in the Chandler area and need a new mattress, do yourself a favor and call Jen at Mattress By Appointment. Walked in randomly to look at mattresses and I was immediately greeted by Jen. FYI she is amazing!! She took the time to really understand what I was looking for. Walked me through the store and encouraged me to try different options within my budget. The best part is that my experience was stress free and did not feel pressured. Jen was super patient with me and answered all of my questions. She communicated with me each step of the way. Followed up after delivery to ensure I was happy with my purchase. If you need a mattress and amazing customer service this is the place to go!

Amazing experience. Was able to get the mattress I wanted that was within my budget. The finance option was easy too. I’ll definitely be back for another purchase.
