I would not recommend purchasing a mattress from this store. The prices are extremely high $600 for a basic spring mattress is unreasonable in today’s market. You can easily find similar or better quality mattresses from Walmart, Amazon, or Wayfair for $100–$200. What made the experience worse was the customer service. When I attempted to return the mattress, the sales associate was very unprofessional. She repeatedly talked over me, did not allow me to fully explain my concerns, and made several disrespectful comments during the conversation. As a customer, you expect fair pricing and respectful treatment. Unfortunately, I experienced neither here. I strongly suggest exploring more affordable and customer-friendly options elsewhere.
