I had an amazing experience at the Sleep Number store while shopping for a new mattress. Austin was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain all the different options without making me feel pressured. The entire process was smooth, comfortable, and actually enjoyable. After going in store, our minds were blown away! Their whole process for finding the pressure spots while you sleep is not just trying out beds, it's a learning experience about yourself and how you sleep. Yeah you're paying more than a normal mattress, but what you get and the quality of sleep benefits well exceeds the price. SO glad we came in and the sales rep was SUPER helpful and absolutely no pressure sales tactics.

These customer service representatives at this store are absolutely great. They do not let you leave unless you are totally comfortable with your purchase or that you have all your questions answered. I did not feel like they were pushy, and I laughed before purchasing a bed and the only time they contacted me was when the bed went on sale further. That was it and they were not pushy.
