My husband and I recently purchased a sleep number bed from The Waterfront Location and had the pleasure of working with Denise. From the moment we entered the store she was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. She asked thoughtful questions, made helpful recommendations, and walked us through all of our options so we could make an informed decision. I also appreciated the personal touch of her reaching out after we left to thank us for our purchase and provided her contact information in case we needed anything else or had any questions. She also followed up after our bed was delivered to ensure we had a good experience and enjoyed our first night's sleep in our new bed. I would highly recommend this location, and specifically working with Denise! And the bed is fantastic as well lol.

Ty made what should’ve been a normal, boring mattress store visit into one of the funniest and most memorable experiences ever. Instead of hovering over us or shutting things down immediately, he had this super chill attitude and let me and my friends actually have some harmless fun jumping across the beds. Most employees would’ve told us to stop right away, but Ty read the situation perfectly. He knew we weren’t causing any damage or being disrespectful—we were just messing around—and he let the moment happen. Andrew was fantastic! When we came into the store another customer was being condescending and rude to him. Despite that he was calm, maintained his composure and was very professional. We were impressed! Andrew was so helpful with us and answered our questions in detail. He was patient while we made our decision and made completing the sale easy! We would recommend anyone to work with Andrew!

My wife and I recently bought a sleep number bed from Andrew at The sleep number store near the waterfront. Because my wife has insomnia, we were taking our mattress shopping very seriously, and he took the time that we needed And answered all of our questions. He also demoed the features of the beds, which really helped justify the price. My natural instincts are to be cheap And I know I could pay less money for a mattress at one of the big box marts. But the quality of these mattresses blew me away. Andrew also helped us get financing to make a better sleep not just a dream, But a reality. If you ask him what his sleep number is, he’s going to say 35. But in reality, His sleep number is 1. Number 1 salesman. 5 out of 5. Don’t even consider going anywhere else. You will not regret going and seeing Andrew for your mattress purchase.

We called January 1st and Andrew answered the phone at the Homestead PA store. We called just ask a few questions and Andrew had all the answers which lead us to a purchase of a bed at an incredible price. Andrew was very friendly knowledgeable and patient. We were so happy he answered the phone!!
