Omg! I absolutely loved the service that I received with Ali. He was very knowledgeable about the products and listened to understand exactly what I was wanting to purchase. He took his time, super friendly and I’m so happy with my purchase. Thank you so much for your service! I 10/10 will be coming back for my future purchases.

Great experience! Needed mattress and box spring, walked in was met by Colt who walked me through my options. He was knowledgeable and helpful, made my selections, swiped the card, they delivered the bed and took my old mattress and box spring. Delivery guys were friendly and efficient. Writing this from my new comfy bed. Would recommend to anyone in the area needing a mattress!

Dylan was great! We already had a good idea on the Helix Elite Mattress that we wanted. He offered us some other practical options that would set us up better if we decided we wanted something different in the future. Delivery was smooth, the two young men (Zain is the only name I can remember of the two) that brought everything in and set up were super polite and professional. Great experience start to finish.

From the moment we walked in, Dylan was incredibly patient and kind, taking the time to understand our needs and preferences. His knowledge about the different mattress options was impressive, and he guided us through the selection process without any pressure. Dylan's friendly demeanor and genuine desire to help made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. He answered all our questions thoroughly and ensured we felt confident in our choice. Thanks to his expertise, we found the perfect mattress that meets all our comfort needs. I highly recommend Mattress Central to anyone in search of a new mattress, and if you have the chance, ask for Dylan. His exceptional customer service truly sets this store apart.
