Kelsi is amazing - a rare pleasure to find someone kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to help us try multiple things to find exactly what we needed at a great price.

My wife and I have had the same bed for 15 years. We decided it’s time to upgrade and to something comfortable and with a great price. We visited with Dylan and he assisted us with finding the perfect bed. Fantastic customer service, a great price and even better a local company. Dylan was very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with. Thank you Dylan and Mattress Central!

Kacey was the salesperson and she was absolutely great. She explain the difference between all her products and made recommendations base on our needs. She is very knowledgeable and kind. In regard to her service she gets 5 stars. However the whole experience does not end there. Includes also delivery. When I called to schedule the delivery my order could not be found. Then once scheduled I did not get the call informing me of the time window. I had to stop by the store. I was told from 8-12. The day of the delivery closed to 12n I was told that the order was sent to wrong place and that will delay delivery new time between 2-6. Well it was delivered at 630pm. That is unacceptable!! The delivery guys were courteous and put everything together nicely. They also get 5 stars My complaint is the scheduling of the delivery is not efficient.

Wonderful experience! I went to this store and Kelsey assisted me. She was very friendly, informative and helpful. I decided on the Dream Cloud, the sale package on the Dream Cloud website was honored and it was delivered and set up the next day. The delivery crew was very nice and respectful and showed me how to operate the bed. The whole transaction was easy and quick. I would recommend anyone to visit this store. They do not disappoint

Arrived at this store looking for DreamCloud and left with something far better. Chelsea was the rep who had helped and hand held me through 90min of explaining and patience. She did an amazing job and took customer service to another level. Great place to go for mattress needs.
