Cliff was a huge help in getting us set up with a new mattress! Cliff was knowledgeable, friendly, and overall an excellent salesman. He helped us complete the bedMATCH test and set us up with a mattress that was the perfect balance between soft and firm. Definitely give him a visit if you are looking for a new mattress!

We had a wonderful experience shopping with Jennifer! Despite the chaotic nature of browsing with two toddlers, she was incredibly understanding and accommodating. In the midst of having to replace many of our belongings (including mattress, pillows, etc.) due to the Eaton Fire, she made our experience so smooth. Very grateful for her kindness and her knowledge/recommendations.

Great customer service. Jennifer and Brian were both very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. They gave us time to look things over, they were never pushy with their sales, but instead mentioned the benefits of different products. They answered all of our questions and helped us pick out a great mattress and pillows.

My husband and I had the best experience purchasing a new mattress today at Sit 'n Sleep in Pasadena. Store Manager, Jennifer Cho, was so kind and accommodating. She helped us navigate the Bed Match technology and ultimately find the perfect new mattress for our needs. Jennifer was so personable and easy to talk to. She took all of our concerns into consideration while we tried each mattress in the firmer category. Discussing financing options was easy and thanks to Jennifer, pretty stress free. DANIEL greeted me upon arriving in the store. I told him what I was looking for, and he showed me exactly what I asked for. Which didn’t turn out to be the same as what I’ve had in the past. He showed me something he said, was in between and it felt like heaven. The delivery came the next day and the men who set up were terrific. I gave Them a tip for all the time they took to make sure I had everything. It couldn’t have been easier. I’ve listened to Sit and sleep ads forever and when it came time to replace, that’s where I went. And no doubt when my nephew goes to sit and sleep, who’s lost everything in the fire, except his home, he will be well taken care.
