We had such a great experience working with Thad! My boyfriend and I were looking to invest in a better mattress for the first time, and he guided us through the process so thoughtfully. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy at all, which we really appreciated. He made us feel comfortable asking questions and helped us make a decision we feel genuinely excited about. Excellent customer service from start to finish, highly recommend!!!

I explained the need for a reliable mattress for our guest room, and were not looking for bells and whistles (cooling, split, electronic, etc.), and he gave us 2 options to choose from. Made it super easy. We got the Serta Cobalt Calm firm pillow top, and multiple guests staying with us have been very happy with our upgrade. Shopping was easy; Thad gave us exactly what I was looking for with choices. Payment and order was smooth and efficient and delivery went smoothly. Very happy with our purchase and the store/sales interactions.
View on GoogleWe went all around town looking for a mattress. It was honestly a nightmare. But, Thad over at Mattress Depot in Woodinville has a gift. He doesn't try to up-sell you. He doesn't pressure you. What he does do is genuinely care about you. He cares about why you've come into his store. He cares about what you are looking for and the issues you might have sleeping. And from there, he'll educate you as best as he possibly can about what mattresses might be best for you. There's never a sales pitch, there is never a shady moment. He's just honest and he wants to make sure you leave happy. I started out in sales when I was younger. I can honestly say that people like Thad are one in a million. You won't find a better place, or have a better experience buying your next bed in the PNW than at his store. He made buying our first bed together a much more meaningful moment than we were expecting and for that we'll always be grateful. After a bit of a lesson for me, whether it's a pillow, a base, or another bed, we'll always be going to Thad's Mattress Depot in Woodinville first. Always.
View on GoogleMy husband and I had a really good experience at mattress depot in Woodinville with Thad. I went in first to try and find a replacement for my memory from mattress and I thought I would get a hybrid with latex, but that turned out to be too firm for my side sleeping. I was so thankful for the opportunity to exchange it for a different one after sleeping on it for a month. I came back in and Thad helped me narrow it down to the diamond mattress, a full memory foam mattress, which I am still loving six months later! Not only that we found a great one for my husband as well, to complete our split king, and the selection and prices were much better than the other shop down the street. Thank you, Thad, and mattress depot!
