Josh Knorr is Amazing! After sleeping on the Sleep Number ClimateCool bed, I can honestly say it’s one of the best investments I’ve made in my sleep. The temperature regulation is what sets it apart. Instead of waking up hot in the middle of the night, the ClimateCool technology keeps the bed comfortably cool throughout the night, making it much easier to stay asleep. Just as impressive as the bed itself was the customer service we received. Our sales associate, Josh Knorr, was exceptional from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right bed rather than simply making a sale. Every question we had was answered thoroughly, and we never felt pressured throughout the process. His professionalism and passion for helping customers made the entire experience enjoyable. His manager, Kevin, was equally outstanding. It was clear that he values both his customers and his team, and he took the time to ensure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. Together, Josh and Kevin created a first-class buying experience that matched the quality of the product itself. My wife and I can’t RAVE enough about the mattress! It splits at the head of the mattress so we can still play footsie. If ik snoring all she needs to do is press a button & it raises my head just enough to stop snoring. My wife loves that when she gets out of bed a nightlight subtly lights up the floor until you get back into bed! We have never slept like this before! Highly, highly worth every penny! - Lars -

This review is more on sleep numbers policy's when visiting their stores. The Lynnwood store is the 2nd store(Kirkland being the first) of 3 I have visited that would not allow me to use the remote myself. Not that they needed to provide me a tutorial prior to use. That would have made sense, as I realize airbeds are different then jumping on a normal mattress. Per the employee its policy of sleep number. He would be controlling the remote the entire time I was in the store. They would rather have customers walk out of the store and not try their product instead of allowing the customer to have some control over their own experience. So I left with him shrugging his shoulders not carrying. We were planning on purchasing a mattress from them soon(though the recent experiences are decreasing the likelihood of this happening quickly) but I wanted to visit a few more times and make sure it felt good on a few attempts. Which is a big deal if we didn't like it as it costs 400$ dollars to return or exchange(original shipping and return fee). This is fine, its policy and its written out, but it does make me more nervous and wanting to do my due diligence prior to purchase we were going to make.

Love our sleep number bed we purchased for our room in 2020. It's a King size so our dogs can have room also. So glad we got the separate adjustable on each side. Now we just purchased a twin adjustable sleep number for a extra room/man cave. Dave was so much help on getting it set up and free delivery set up for us. So shout out to Dave at the alderwood mall sleep number store. 👍

Dave at Alderwood was so awesome. His customer service was unbeatable and he made it an easy and pressure free experience. I appreciated how many questions he asked about mine and my husbands sleep habits to figure out what might be the best option for us. Very personable and friendly 10/10 overall.

From the time I entered the door to the time I left everyone was so helpful, patient never giving me the feeling of a “hard sell.” I was pretty rattled when I first came in for I was overwhelmed with the process of moving starting all over again being a single women at the age of 62. They were so understanding, listened and walked me through each step so by the time I left I had more confidence that I can do this next adventure of my life. And I’m so excited for my new bed for it felt like laying on clouds.
