Jonathan was a fabulous sales person and gave us such an awesome deal not just on one bed but 2 beds. We have a great experience at the store and especially with Jonathan the sales person. Jonathan was very friendly and knowledgeable of all the mattresses

Customer service was amazing with Gayle Hunter helping and my family I out. She showed plenty of options and gave us good recommendations to take care of our mattresses. Additionally, she was happy to answer all of our questions.

Don’t go here if you don’t want to waist your time. This location is listed as a store, packed my family an drove 30 minutes to this location. Walked in the store and it is an office, the person sitting in a cubicle in the corner tells us to go to the other location. Decided to go to mattress firm instead and had the best mattress purchasing experience. I guess it turned out for the best that it wasn’t a store.

Gayle was my sales representative. I was looking for a box foundation. The price was a little high, but she was willing to match! Overall very happy with my purchase and couldn’t recommend enough.

Our salesperson Eric (at the Federal Way, WA location) was extremely helpful. He answered our questions and never pressured us to make a purchase. I would recommend Eric if you are looking to get a new mattress for your home.
