Mattress Depot USA

Sam provided us with excellent service and was low-pressure. He made buying a new mattress a fun and relaxing experience. I would definitely buy any mattresses we need from him in the future! I’m excited to get my new Sealy adjustable mattress! *Dust mite not included. 😉

Great mattress selection and prices. I love my new mattress from Mattress Depot USA. I purchased a mattress 3 weeks ago at their Federal Way location and because everything worked out so well with my first purchase, I just bought another one today. Also, it was a super great purchase experience with Eric, he was kind, patient and did a great job with helping me with everything I needed. I'm a happy customer and I will continue to purchase any needed mattresses from this location. Thank you.

Scott was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, he made us feel welcome and comfortable—no pressure, just honest, knowledgeable guidance. He took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly and stayed with us well past closing time without ever making us feel rushed. His dedication, patience, and professionalism were beyond impressive. Even though we didn’t make a purchase that day, the experience alone was worth it. If you’re mattress shopping, do yourself a favor and go see Scott—you won’t find better service anywhere!

I was impressed by Scott who has good knowledge of the product he is selling. You see, buying a mattress is very important because you rest on the mattress at the end of the day. We are all different and he had some advise on what I needed, price, durability and comfort. To me that was impressive and I will buy another mattress from them because they know what they are selling. Thank you so much Scott. Jacqueline, Kent WA

Went in for a quick look and was greeted and helped by Eric! He was a delight to work with and thoroughly showed me my options based on selected preferences. He explained each product carefully and was great help! Set up and delivery was quick and easy as well 🙂. It doesn't hurt that my cat has also fallen in love with the bed LOL.
