I am editing my review with an update. About 3 days after my phone call i received a call from Paul, a regional manager, who actually sold us the setup to begin with. He stated that they were willing to honor the original agreement but that he wished we had called him personally with our questions about the exchange. We went in a few days later and ordered the king sized mattress with no issues. I received a call the next day to inform me that the order had been placed and in less tha a week i received a call that the items could be picked up. I am happy with our purchases the mattress and base seem to be great quality. My biggest frustration lies in that this could have been avoided with a bit of better communication between employees or at the very least notes on file for the purchase. I understand that the employee i called was doing their job and stating store policy, if he would have given me the number for the person who originally sold us the mattress as I asked him it wouldn't have left me feeling so frustrated. I was also asked on 3 different occasions to remove my review which I think I will not do but update and change my 1 star to a a 3-4 star review. My original review is below. My husband and I spen two hours shopping for the perfect mattress we were the only people in the store the entire time. We're told over and over that if we were unhappy we would have 120 days to exchange. Our biggest issue was the size, we were downsizing from a king to a queen, it took us less than 30 days to realize we needed to upgrade to the larger size and when I called to inquire about the exchange process was only at that time told that we could only exchange for the same size...the salesperson we talked to told us several times that we could exchange the mattress but not the base and at no time mentioned that changing the size was not an option. Im extremely frustrated with the inaccurate information we were given by the sales staff. I would not go back and do not reccomend.

John was super personable and helped us narrow down what we wanted! Laughed with us and made it super easy to get a mattress! Good deal!

Got a great deal with a cover thrown in for free. Managed to take home the mattress in a box, no delivery free including the box. Give Clint a raise! Introduced me to shoulder cut pillows which was a life changer for side sleeping.

John was very helpful and knowledgeable! Friendly and quick service with a smile, and explained everything about the mattress!

Amazing place! We walked in and John was super helpful and super informative about every part of every mattress. Didn’t know mattresses had so much to know about them. He was an absolute pleasure to talk with and very very helpful and knowledgeable. We liked one but are still looking around. But the service was so exceptionally amazing I had to write a review. Definitely recommend!
