Mattress Depot USA

The hub and I were greeted by Roger who was extremely polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He listened to what we wanted and showed us different options. He wanted to make sure we were informed and make the right decision. We came in a couple of times. We finally decided to purchase from Mattress Depot. Roger made us a really good deal, and scheduled delivery. The delivery went exactly as we were told it would. The two young gentlemen who came out and installed the mattress could not have been nicer or more professional. They showed up in a company truck with logo and were appropriately dressed and professional (our last mattress delivery--neither of these companies were involved--was a nightmare). Very pleased with the seamless service of Roger and the delivery company. Thank you so very much! The firm Beautyrest mattress is great!

Had such a wonderful experience today working with Roger! ❤️ He was so extremely helpful in finding our first mattress. We got the Venetian and were eligible for a free adjustable frame! so excited to have our new mattress delivered and set up for no additional cost. Wonderful deals and wonderful service ☺️

Great experience, had an amazing time. Prices are great and fair. GO SEE ROG AT MATTRESS DEPOT! HE WILL TREAT YOU FAIR AND YOU WILL WALK OUT SATISFIED AND HAPPY! AND CHARLIE AT THE BONNEY LAKE LOCATION........YOU ARE GOING DOWN THIS YEAR!!!!! 😉

Roger was absolutely delightful! He never rushed us or pressured us and was very knowledgeable about the products and answered all our questions. He was incredibly kind. In fact, I was so impressed when one of our kids called who is moving soon and needs a new mattress I made the referral to Roger on the spot! Thank you so much Roger for making us feel so comfortable, welcome and like we were more of a friend than a customer! This is a compliment coming from someone who is also in the sales field so if you know, you know.

Roger, That was the best sleep I've had in a long time and I just want to thank you for taking the time to help me and not just for a sale but because you genuinely care. Your the real deal! I will CONTINUE to recommend you to my friends, family and all in needor question. And the next mattress I get, I'm coming for your design buddy! That bed really was just right and as knowledgeable as you are no wonder ! Gret job very impressive 👏 blessings to you and yours. I'll be seeing ya.
