View on Googlethis is the 6th day past the contractual receiving date. i thought it was kind of odd that an in town company thats named Mattress Depository would have a stock of beds. its kind of deceptive. its the reason i went there. but i got a 10 day wait on my bed, which i had to deal with. but its 16 days now. ive been sleeping on the floor for 2 years. i paid $4000 in full, in cash, and im still sleeping on the floor, 6 days after my contract should have been completed. i dont know who's ass you gotta light a fire under, but i spent $4k, cash in hand, to sleep on a bed. a lot of people are pretending you wont be replaced with a highly efficient robot. a lot a people thinking their old ways of being a keep-your-head-down kinda worker is going to fly. your job can be replaced with a photo sensor, and a conveyor. i highly suggest this motivates a few people. your company either finds a consistent way to get people their bed on day eight of a ten-day contract, or you can be damned sure your entire company will be replaced with a gate, a photo censor, and a conveyer. Postscript; the only reason your company got a star at all was because someone was smart enough to hire someone with good customer service, to cushion your company's cross-state mattress juggling act. that has nothing to do with your company, and everything to do with the man's upbringing and personal integrity. your company itself got zero stars. the man you chose to hire earned the star. Post Post Script; Day 17of being paid in full, without a bed. Establishing a Breach of Contract To successfully sue a company, you must first establish that a legally recognized breach of contract occurred. This requires proving four distinct elements to a court. The first is the existence of a valid contract, which can be a formal written document or, in some cases, a verbal agreement. A contract is formed through an offer, an acceptance of that offer, and an exchange of something of value. After proving a valid contract exists, you must demonstrate your own performance. This means showing you fulfilled your end of the bargain, for instance, by making the required payments or delivering goods as agreed. The third element is proving the company’s failure to perform its contractual duties, which is the actual “breach.” This 4k is going to cost you 30k. you're going to be minus 36k before this is over. thats only on my side. my lawyer charges $250 an hour. you are already "On the Books". Prepare accordingly.

He showed great patience and didn’t have us running to every floor model in the store. He also did not take us to the top price models but listened to everything we said and offered suggestions without trying to force anything. I would encourage anyone to give him and them a try.
