Very helpful and friendly staff. I purchased my second mattress from them last week, and both experiences have been excellent. After my first purchase, I referred my dad, and he was very satisfied with his mattress and the service he received as well. Family owned was a major plus for us. We shopped all day going mattress store to store but we returned here for our purchase. The knowledge, customer service and price were top notch. If we need another mattress or pillow we will purchase it here!!! Love our mattress and pillow we purchased.

The entire experience from walking through the doors of their store to the set up crew was amazing (all family BTW)! They are truly some of the friendliest people / family you will ever meet. The mattress is exactly what we needed and the price was exceptional. The terms for testing and returning if needed were beyond good. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this mattress store for your next purchase. You will not be disappointed with the service or the mattress. Here is the adjustable bed frame and mattress we purchased and the bed frame casing and headboard my wife and I made for it… very happy.

This is my second buying experience with Mattress Direct. I had a fantastic experience working directly with Tyler in 2008. When a need arose again in May of 2026, I did not even consider going anywhere else. I was so happy to walk through the door to see Tyler again. His knowledge about their products and transparency about the purchasing process is simply phenomenal. The Burstrom family and staff at Mattress Direct are first class from helping you choose the products which meet your needs through the delivery and set up. I highly recommend checking them out for your sleep product needs and luxuries.
