Mattress Direct Southern Tier

I can't give a complete review. I went to the door and it was locked. There was a note with a number to call because the individual had stepped out. It was a Saturday mid-morning. I turned around and left. That's ridiculous. The place is small but appeared to have about 5 or 6 sample beds.

The mattresses and adjustable beds are quality and the price cannot be matched.

Shelby the owner is a absolute incredible and kind gentleman. I will never buy another matress from anyone else. i will forever support this store. He doesn't haggle you or make you feel forced to purchase anything or the top $$. Kindest most genuine salesman you'll ever meet. The process and purchase was so smooth and easy. I also got an incredible deal on a brand new Queen remote controlled Adjustable Bed! 5 stars highly reccomend you go to Shelby for your matress and Bed frame needs.

There was an incident outside both of our control that damaged the mattress I ordered. He immediately offered me an upgrade that he had on-hand instead of making me wait another week+ for a new order. I appreciate the integrity and good service.

GREAT ENERGY WALKING THROUGH THE DOOR WITH ALL SMILES , TRYING OUT THE BEDS WERE GREAT , FELT VERY COMFORTABLE EVERYTHING BRAND NEW AS SHOWN , THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT SERVICE 😎
