Sleep Number

Absolutely lovely staff, very helpful we got our bed Feb 18, 2019 and have Absolutely loved it! Past couple months it had a slow leak, now its deflated in 15 minutes. So we did the troubleshooting with the plug and found out we have a leaky chamber. The manager helped us and was amazing, got us in contact with customer service. Even though we have a 25 year warranty it is $225 to get it fixed! No thank you, I will not be considering ever getting a new one even though I like the bed, because the warrenty to me is a joke. Just word to the wise, a tent patch will fix the leak. Pump the leaky side up to 100, find it with soapy water and a spray bottle. Save yourself a lot of money. My leaks are right at the seams, clearly a factory defect so why should it cost me anything?

Angelique made my visit to Sleep Number phenomenal! She helped me pick out a mattress that addressed all of my needs within my budget! If you are thinking it’s time for better sleep go and see Angelique- she knows best! I will definitely sleep well and dream big!

Lia was FABULOUS! I had a FABULOUS Sleep Number shopping experience with Lia! I walked in thinking I was going to get the exact same Sleep Number bed that my daughter purchased two months ago. I tried that model, but Lia asked that I try a little bit of a different model for MY particular sleep needs based on what I need. I chose a different model for my comfort needs, and I can’t wait to get my new bed and sleep like a Queen! Lia was very knowledgeable, super friendly, not pushy or obnoxious at all, and very caring about my needs (because this is really a personalized experience based on what your sleep needs are and what position you sleep). I am very grateful to Lia because I know that I will sleep so well because she truly cared to find the right bed for me. This gal knows her stuff and makes this is pleasant experience. Thank you, Miss Lia! :)

I was very pleased with the assistance I got from Kourtni at the Sleep Number store in Vestal, NY. She was great to work with both on the phone and in person. My fiancé, Tom was not sure about me spending so much on this sleep system, but once he got to experience it it in the store… he was hooked. Again I have to say Kourtni was fantastic and I look forward to dealing with her again in the future ( if I need to ). ❤️❤️❤️

Kourtni was very professional and friendly she shared all the benefits of each bed. She explained how we could bundle up sheets, pillows and mattress cover. We enjoyed our experience it was very relaxing can't wait to get our new mattress.
