After reading all of the reviews, I was suspicious of this place. The reviews are so overwhelmingly positive (and generally well-written), making it look like they were paid reviews. But after meeting Monica and spending nearly two hours discussing everything from bed composition to physical therapy, we realized that the glowing reviews are for real. She helped us figure out a difficult RV bedding situation and we are sleeping better than we have in years. It's literally life-changing. Don't mess around with your health... Get the right bed for your body. These folks will help you.
View on GoogleKaitlyn was very inviting and helpful from the moment the door opened. She worked with us on a one-on-one basis and started by giving us a variety of mattresses to try. She used our input to determine what mattress style would give us the best comfort level and offered us a few different products that fit our budget. She gave us an honest and knowledgeable explanation of the products in stock. She even helped us save over $1500, which allowed us to buy a better bed than we planned on. When a simple mistake was made during checkout, she immediately made 4 or 5 phone calls (10 minutes before closing on a Saturday) in order to rectify the mistake. And then... the mattress arrived. It wasn't the "same thing they had in store" like we were told. The base had a tear in the corner, and the delivery guys must have struck my ceiling fan because now it wobbles when it's turned on. I recommend going elsewhere, honestly.

I was looking to replace a pillow I had previously purchased about a year ago but in a different size. I told her why I felt I needed a different size and what was so uncomfortable about my current pillow. She really took the time to help me find a much more suitable pillow than what I had previously purchased as my needs for comfort have changed. Awesome experience! Thank you!

He is very knowledgeable, and was also very patient as i tried several different beds, numerous times. I am thrilled with my purchase and my shopping experience! I’m also happy that I was able to purchase a product made in the USA. I highly recommend Metro Mattress, and Josh!
