I was so nervous going in, we’d already felt pressured with the three other stores we’d been to that day, but the experience was so far from all of my expectations! From the moment you walk in, they’re sly with a simple prank or two in disguise, and the friendliness was beyond compare. Maren was so sweet and she lit up when she saw my crazy little girl running through the beginning of her terrorizing adventure between the mattresses. Without any rush, she gave my daughter the attention she needed, and she asked us a series of questions (with jokes tossed in) to help identify what we needed most as a couple looking for a new bed. From what positions we were most comfortable in, what experience we had in shopping, even whether or not we snored (and I’m still adamant that I don’t, but my boyfriend will never let me be deluded). We tried a couple beds for comfort ideas, a couple sarcastically, a couple for the frames, and worked through our budget and what we could manage with a payment plan, and Maren even waited to open her dinner until we were 110% satisfied and had left. My in store experience was phenomenal and I almost want to go back just to enjoy the company some more! But what made me happier still, was that the service provided was still just as good when it came to the delivery. The gentlemen that brought up the bed for me were super polite, they were just as kind to my daughter who again, is always in the way like most her age. They were patient, and friendly, had a great sense of humor and a great work ethic. They were punctual but didn’t make it feel like it was a burden to help me, and again it makes me want more of that company. 13/10 for customer service, cleanliness, and this company is lucky to have people as amazing as the ones I was fortunate enough to meet. View on GoogleMy partner and I were out mattress shopping and happened to notice Metro Mattress in Johnson City. We figured we would go in and get some comparative prices on top brands. We were met by Ben and that was it. Ben makes sure you carefully try out the mattresses you are interested in and then he has you try slight variations. He makes sure you find that sweet spot in firmness that suits you. Even when selecting a pillow he has you try different variations to find one that gives you the right alignment. Ben's personal attention and knowledge makes him a stellar salesman. We were very impressed with this level of service. We bought a Tempurpedic Luxe Adapt Firm. It has been delivered on schedule and we are very happy with it. If we decide it is not just right we have 90 days to choose another. On top of everything they had the best deal. You must go to this store if you are serious about finding the right mattress. Thank you Ben

She guided us through a thorough selection process and, we were not led one way or another. We made our own decision and hope we remain comfortable with that. We were given options in the event we weren’t happy with that decision. Nice job and, would certainly recommend.
View on GoogleBuying from Monica was a great experience! Service after the sale has not been. When my remote stopped working, I called the store and was told (not by Monica) to watch a YouTube video. So I did to no avail. Called again and asked to speak to one of the service guys who setup the beds and was told by the same person to call the company that provides the remote controlled bedframes. I feel that if I had spoken to Monica that she would have helped me.

She learned about us by asking specific questions to determine what product would be best for us and provide the great night’s sleep we’ve been desperately looking for. A fun experience that didn’t even feel like shopping - her personality was more of a selling point than the comfort of the mattress!
