The mattress boutique has the best selections for prices ( I shopped around ) they have a low key soft sell, Jim is most pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. The selections is most extensive, (good, better, best in soft, medium and firm) they go out of their way on delivery and set up- with old bed haul away. (Juan and Jeimie are the best!)
View on GoogleBruce, Gary, and the rest of the staff at Mattress Expo are extremely helpful and understanding of their customer's needs. After spending all day on the phone with Sears to ultimately learn they wouldn't be delivering the mattress that I needed immediately, and wouldn't be able to for another two weeks, these gentlemen came to the rescue. Their personal approach and eagerness to help really turned my day around. You just won't find service like that at a larger department store. Five stars to Mattress Expo.
View on GoogleRecently purchased a Beautyrest mattress along with hardwood flooring. I was very pleased with their knowledge and service. They have entry level beds all the way up to super fancy. I selected a mid range mattress but didn't feel like they were trying to up-sell me to the top of the line. Got a good deal and was glad to support a local small business.
