I wanted to get a mattress but schedule shipping for a later date, so I called and Matt was awesome! Unfortunately the bed I wanted wasn’t available to get ahead of time, but he actually recommended me one that was even better. He was super kind and great service!!

So happy to take home a great comfy bed at such a killer price. I’m so stoked !! Matt helped us out and helped get us such a good deal on our mattress. Literally went above and beyond to help get us the mattress we wanted :’)

I had tried to buy two mattress toppers from Costco. Both came in disgusting, one with cat pee and another with a dead bed bug. After my second attempt, I had nearly given up! However, I noticed the store leaving the farmers market on Sunday and I checked it out. Matt was so helpful! He had empathy for my nightmare experiences. He happened to have a CA King topper in the store. We opened it to inspect for pee and bugs, considering my prior experience. It was clean and I bought it on the spot! He helped me put it in my trunk, he was kind to my dog and he let me use the bathroom. What a wonderful surprise to buy the topper on that Sunday! Matt was the example for amazing customer service. Thank you, Matt! The topper is on the bed and it feels great. I highly recommend!

Choosing a mattress is a big commitment. I really did a lot of checking around and ended up buying our mattress at Mattress Firm. Such nice, helpful sales people. They really have a lot of knowledge about the product. Love our mattress. No more back pain!
