Mattress Express Cortlandville

We stopped in and worked with Josh!! He took the time to ask some important questions and helped us make a difficult decision easier! We would highly recommend them!! I hope our mattress makes us as happy as our visit with Josh! Down to earth and not pushy, like some other stores. I also like that they only carry American made mattresses. Thanks again Josh and Mattress Express!

OK. So this review won't be different than all the other 5 star reviews for Mattress Express of Cortland. Brandy helped my wife and me choose a new mattress. It was a good experience and we bought what was the right mattress for us. I had done some research on Tempurpedic, Sealy, and Beauty rest so I had many questions. Brandy was patient and very helpful. We bought a mattress cover and two tempurpedic pillows. I had to modify our delivery time and the customer service was excellent. Amanda listened to me on the phone and the delivery was changed to our convenience. The delivery men were courteous and respectful of our home and answered all of my questions. What I liked about this purchase was that during and after the sale, the people I dealt with acted like we were important and were very helpful. Just because they had my money, they didn't act like they didn't care anymore. We received quality merchandise with excellent service. There is a lot of competition in the mattress business but I would highly recommend Mattress Express of Cortland, NY.

Brandy helped my husband and I today (July 5th)- she was fantastic. We weren’t sure what scenario was going to work out best for us. She was knowledgeable, patient and she and her supervisor worked with us, as we tried to figure out what would best suit our budget and our needs. We went with the Instant Comfort Flex head queen. We definitely recommend this store!

I had such a great experience at Mattress Express thanks to Brandy and Josh. They were both incredibly patient and helpful, taking the time to answer all my questions and making sure I found the perfect bed that fit my needs. I never felt rushed or pressured—just supported through the whole process. Their knowledge and friendly attitude really made the experience easy and stress-free. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the service I received. Highly recommend working with Brandy and Josh if you’re looking for the right mattress!

Posting now that I've received my mattress. Excellent experience here! Brandy and Josh were both very knowledgeable and patient with my thousand questions. There were a ton of great beds that were very affordable and I did not have to wait long at all to get my mattress. Thank you!
