If you need a new mattress, I highly recommend talking to Emma. She is amazing! She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a new mattress and patiently explained the differences clearly answering all of my questions without pressure. She made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Thanks to her guidance I found the right mattress and couldn’t be happier.

View on GoogleRyan Carter was the most amazing salesman my husband and I have ever met!! Believe me we had no idea what to expect with this major purchase for our well being! Ryan guided us every step of the way and he listened to our needs and pointed out different beds and what they can do for our aches!! He went the extra mile! Can't wait for our new mattress!! Thank you Ryan!!!
View on GoogleWe can’t express enough how helpful Ryan was in our quest for a comfortable mattress. Ryan was incredibly patient as we tried out the many options they have displayed. He explained the pros and cons of each one and provided much insight from his personal and / and or professional experience with each mattress. We give the highest rating in professional, knowledgeable and polite customer service to Ryan at Mattress Express. With much gratitude for the many nights of restful sleep ahead.
