We had a wonderful experience at Mattress Express in Evans Mills, NY, thanks to Ryan. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel comfortable and understood. As a retired veteran family with specific physical needs, Ryan took the time to listen and guide us without pressure. He was honest, straightforward, and down-to-earth—everything you hope for in a sales professional.
He clearly explained the features and materials of each mattress and encouraged us to test out every one we were interested in. He was also completely transparent about how prices and quality vary, helping us make the best decision for both our health and budget. One thing he said that really stuck with us was: “I won’t recommend anything that I wouldn’t buy or sleep on for myself and my family.”
The whole experience was smooth, relaxed, and stress-free. While we came ready to buy, the store offers flexible financing options that make planning ahead worthwhile for anyone exploring their options.

My wife and I came here to get a new mattress which we desperately needed.
We had the pleasure of speaking with Scotty who helped us find the mattress that perfectly fit our needs.
He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He's basically like a sleeping scientist. Lol
He was able to get us a mattress that perfectly fit our needs and we are very grateful.
We were in and out in less than 20 minutes with everything taken care of. Removal of our old mattress installation of our new one and a very fare warranty.
With this level of professionalism and customer satisfaction I honestly don't know how they stay in business. I won't be going anywhere else for a mattress.

Mattresses here are fairly priced, and there was a good selection to choose from. Jennifer was such a great help with assisting us in finding our new mattress! She's super friendly and knowledgeable. We didn't feel rushed or pressured at all! She found us discounts that were available and was very prompt in notifying us of any updates! There was a small issue with our mattress being out of stock, but mishaps understandably happen. Even so, Jen was very honest and quick to keep us in the know! Scheduling set up and installation was cake. The installers were also very friendly and considerate about making sure they didn't track mud/dirt into the house!

Tony was great! He helped us choose our perfect mattress and paid attention to every detail we gave him, while also informing us on everything bed related. He has great customer service and really cares about your comfort needs. 10/10 ,would buy again from him.
Update: Tony is really really great! I was having trouble setting up payments a few days after purchase so I came back to the store, and he helped me and walked me through the process. Even called their financing customer rep for me. He's really great and I appreciate all the help he's given us!
