Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store

Went in today to look for a new rockers for my wife and myself. When we entered we were greeted by Kris who asked if we had any questions or specific items we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable about where everything was located in the store and made sure we found what we were looking for. He never pressured us into any purchase however did make sure we were comfortable with the chairs we had decided on and even sold my little man on a new big boy chair. Very good customer service in a very welcoming environment. Also, for anyone who hasn't gone there before like me, the store is about 4 times bigger than I expected with an excellent selection! We will certainly be going back for our next purchase!

Josh was very professional and attentive to our wants and needs when it came to buying our new furniture. The variety of bedroom suite options was extensive. Kathy Bright assisted us, and her familiarity and knowledge of the various options was very helpful. Kathy took the time to understand what type and style of furniture interested us and she took the time to be sure that we had looked at then all. It's always nice to meet people who are engaging, knowledgeable and professional. It's the kind of customer service that will bring us back in the future.

Our salesman was outstanding even though we had a few computer problems at the store everyone including the manager went out of there way to solve the issues. The quality of the furniture is outstanding the delivery personal we're knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Raymour Flanigan to everyone. Very happy customer
