Mattress Fast Delivery Huge Discounts

5/5 and Bill was a credit to the business. I called and had genuinely helpful advice (not pushy at all) and an hour and a half later, Bill had arrived and installed the frame and bed himself. Exceptional customer service!

I was 100% satisfied with my experience at the Mattress Superstore. I went in to replace my 20+ year mattress and had no idea what I was doing. The salesman, Billy, was accommodating, knowledgeable, polite and did not put any pressure on me to make a purchase. He spoke honestly about customer reviews on all the items I was looking at and explained the differences in each mattress along with their life expectancy. I have heard about nightmare experiences in other high pressure mattress stores and the high customer dissatisfaction that goes along with that type of salesmanship. You will not find any of those tactics at this store. If you’re looking for honest salesmen with integrity who know their inventory and can align their customers with the proper mattress this is where you want to shop!!!! You will be completely blown away with the experience.

Closed Saturday at 5pm Update: Bill returned my call and was able to help me later that day. He was super helpful and got me a nice affordable mattress, platform and pillows. Saved a ton of money if I were to go to mattress firm or Amazon. ALSO helped me tie down my mattress to the car.

Buying another mattress from them. Just as before, they are knowledgeable, informative and patient.Professionalism is displayed from phone help, sales, and delivery. I am from New Hampshire and pass many mattress stores to buy from Mattress Superstore!

The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. The product lines were extensive and the pricing was aggressive and the delivery men were awesome. The 5 stars were earned. They strived for excellence throughout the total experience.
