Perfect experience, perfect mattress!! After being followed around, pushed into things I didn’t want, and talked to endlessly at Mattress Firm, I ended up here. I was greeted warmly and offered assistance, but not harassed when I said I just wanted to look around. When I found the PERFECT mattress, the staff were knowledgeable and helpful but never pushy. And when I asked if they could pick up my old mattress and deliver the new one to a different apartment, they were more than happy to accommodate me. The mattress buying experience was excellent from start to finish, and I am the happiest sleeper every single night because I found my perfect mattress. 😊

We shopped two other mattress stores before coming here. All of them had quality mattresses, but we found the best value here. Our salesman was excellent. He knew the products inside and out, guided us to options in our price range and helped us select a great mattress. There was no hard sell, just friendly, professional assistance to help us find the right mattress. They delivered it the next day and the delivery men were efficient and professional. Highly recommend.

The mattress delivery drivers provided an excellent experience from start to finish. They called ahead with a clear delivery window, arrived right on time, and were quick and efficient throughout the process. They handled everything professionally and even took the time to clean up all the plastic and cardboard before leaving. Really appreciated their courtesy and attention to detail—made the whole delivery smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

The store manager, Will, is incredibly professional, attentive, and humble. He took the time not only to explain everything clearly, but also to provide thoughtful advice based on our needs. He was also very flexible and helpful with shipping, which we really appreciated since we needed our mattresses as soon as possible. I can truly recommend stopping by the store or calling him. I’m sure you’ll be very satisfied with both the service and the quality.
