Robert greeted us when we came in and he was very friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about all of the different mattresses and products in the store. We had already been to a few stores in neighboring cities but in the interest of doing our due diligence we came here as well and I am so happy that we did. Toby took great care of us and let take all the time we needed to try different beds. He answered all my questions and then some and was never pushy in any way to make a sale. He is very friendly and easy to talk to and shared a wealth of knowledge which helped us feel confident in the decision we made. We left, went to a couple other places but in the end we made our way back to Toby with our minds made up. The icing on the cake was having our new bed and adjustable base delivered Sunday. The delivery was smooth as could be, they actually delivered earlier than the scheduled window which is double bonus points in my book! I am looking forward to painless nights of quality sleep for the future with the confidence that should any issue arise Toby is only a call or text away. I would definitely give mattress firm your highest consideration if you are shopping for a new mattress. You will not be disappointed.
