Sleep Number

Fantastic service by Robert. He did an incredible job explaining the importance of getting the right mattress. He was incredibly focused on our needs above all else. Absolutely would recommend this Mattress Firm to anyone

We are so excited about our new Sleep Number bed!! Brandon took his time explaining the difference in all the mattresses and helped us find the perfect bed and perfect Sleep Number. He also helped us pick the perfect sheets and bedding by showing us all the options and listening to our needs. He found all the discounts available and we left feeling confident and very pleased with with our choices. I definitely recommend visiting the Temple Sleep Number location for your next mattress!

Brandon was very knowledgeable even on the older sleep number’s beds as we wanted to upgrade but keep our older adjustable frame. He didn’t try to force a sale he showed us the various beds and explained the features of each one in accordance to our needs. I was very pleased with the sale and Brandon. We’ve been sleep number’s customers since 2010 and have enjoyed the comfort of the beds but as with everything it was getting worn and needed upgrading glad we stopped and that Brandon was our salesperson.

Heather was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. She wasn't pushy, and helped me try the different beds in a patient way. She made sure I understood everything before making a decision and there was no rush. I felt I could trust her. I believe I have finally found an answer to my back problems. She is at the Temple store.

Great customer service! It was really important to us to try out the beds to choose the one that worked best. They spent a lot of time with us and we're very thorough. Let's hope the bed is as good as the instore experience.
