Bob Mills Furniture

We had a great experience! Mason Mohney was our sales representative and he was fantastic!! Not pushy at all. Showed us a few options based on what we were looking for, then left us alone to walk around and look at other items. He was detailed and informative and very patient with our dumb stories. We ended up purchasing a love seat and sofa that happened to be one of the first sets he showed us, and got a smoking deal on a dart cabinet to boot. We will definitely be going back whenever we are in need of something new. It was a very pleasant experience. I also need to mention that this was the first store we went to and had originally planned to just look around. Ended up getting some beautiful furniture. A great big thank you to Mason!

Went looking for a sofa/sectional, was assisted quickly, and was able to find what we were looking for! Payment and delivery setup was quick and painless. Later on decided we wanted coffee and an end table to go with them, so went back and purchased. Picked up next day, and they had fully wrapped and packaged them for loading, and loaded them into my vehicle quickly once I arrived. We worked with John and Gary, both of whom were very helpful but not pushy! Will definitely be going back next time we need furniture

We went into Bob Mills a week before the Veterans Day sale and we took pictures of the furniture that we wanted and then we went in The day before Veterans Day thinking we might get a better deal and found that the convenient digital price cards had all gone up by hundreds of dollars for each peace. As a veteran, I really did not appreciate that, The floor salesman, however, did offer to price match if he could get it approved by his manager, who did come out and did realize that we were gonna walk away from a very expensive purchase. They did price match the sale price from a week earlier so we did end up making the purchase, We really like Bob Mills. We’re sorry that they have these types of practices and I believe this is that more of a corporate level decision than a store decision.

The service we received from Michael Garcia was exceptional! We told him what we were looking for and why and he met all our needs. We were very satisfied with the product, price and quality of the merchandise, we set up delivery which worked out perfect. Walked out very satisfied. Thank you Michael!

This past Saturday was my first time going into Bob Mills furniture store. since it's been here in Temple, Texas. I can say the service was outstanding, very professional. My service person was John very knowledgeable, very patient, very understanding. Thank you for taking your time out with us on Saturday. And then I came back on Monday and purchase a mattress and tables. And I want to say thank you, and there was a young lady who was outstanding. And everyone that I came and contacted worker was pleasant with a smile on Mister Bob Mills.I wanna say very outstanding store service is top notch.I will say one hundred percent I will give it.
