Best Customer Service with Lori. She totally takes the time to help you get the right mattress for better sleep and be comfortable with price and choice. Lori is the reason I returned to finally purchase for my 70th birthday. Being a senior on a fixed income she took the extra time which nowadays that is very rare and boy do I appreciate it. Getting my new bed next Thursday so no picture now of my bed but I put one with a happy face. Lori is a true honest and professional person and definitely going back to purchase mattress cover and pillows and I will be so happy and it truly will be a great birthday. 👍 Highly recommend and KUDOS for Lori. Thank you very much.😀
View on GooglePhenomenal service! My husband and I just went in to take a look but left with a brand new king size mattress and adjustable bed frame with vibrating features. Lori was amazing! Best salesperson! She greeted us right when we walked in and helped us every step trying to find the best mattress in our price range. Gave us the whole run down and answered all of our questions. The process was spectacular from start to finish! Definitely recommend going to see her when buying a new mattress!
View on GoogleWe went in not knowing what we wanted, but Toby showed us all the benefits the mattress offered. The price was not as bad as I thought it would be. Toby was knowledgeable, and friendly. I recommend highly.
View on GoogleWe went to this store in search of a mattress. There were 2 gentlemen there and I'm not quite sure what his name was.(he was young) We began telling him of our frustration with the previous mattress that we had bought from a different place and he made a comment to me which I felt was a little rude. I was trying to "let it go" because we truly wanted to find a good mattress. Although we did buy one and "yes" we are happy with it. It was just delivered a few days ago. I really wanted to leave after he decided to respond with his "dramatic opinion" of our experience from another store. I'm not sure whether he was attempting to be "funny" however it didn't come across that way to me. If it were not for the other employee truly attempting to help us -I would have left without a purchase. Sometimes words can be offensive. The employee that was sitting at the desk was truly more professional than that of the one that sold us the mattress!! The only reason I gave this a 3 star is due to the slight unprofessional comment in which he made to me!
View on GoogleI ordered a cal. King mattress and protector on line. I received a message from Lori at the five hills location. She looked up my previous purchase and told me I need just a king. She tried to change the order out it had already been locked in. She told me I could bring it to the store and she will have it exchanged for the King. Unfortunately she was not there when I arrived and a gentleman assisted me, unfortunately I did not get his name. I am very pleased with the service and kindness I received
